FOUR PIECE COVERS BAND
Filling dance floors wherever they play The Shakes are the Midlands Premier Soul Party Band. Playing classic tunes by Otis Redding, Stevie Wonder, Jackie Wilson, Van Morrison, the Rolling Stones and James Brown to name a few, as well as modern classics by the likes of Amy Winehouse and Pharrell, the band are all stunning musicians with fantastic stage presence and an abundance of energy.
The 4 piece band comprises vocals/guitar/trumpet, keyboards/sax/flute/backing vocals, bass, and drums.
The basic band can be augmented with a female singer and a 2 or 3 piece horn section of saxophone, trumpet, and trombone.
The Shakes can also provide acoustic music of many varieties including Solo saxophone, flute or guitar or duo setups.
This diverse band can also provide a Jazz trio or duo of saxophone or guitar, double bass and drums.
